During your pregnancy, you need to avoid any and all contact with rodents. Yes, even pet mice. This is because their urine, droppings or nesting material can contain a virus that is harmful or potentially deadly to your unborn baby.

    Holy cow can taking that much vitamin A really do that? What kind of foods have lots of vitamin A? Now Im panicking.

    Vitamin A is in food like sweet potatoes and liver. Basically orangey colored foods. However you need to be sure to still get good amounts of it. You cannot just cut yourself off otherwise it might lead to other complications.
